Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of stackwith.me, its browser projects, and the optional AXON supporter-pass checkout.
1. What the site provides
stackwith.me publishes interactive browser projects and engineering articles. AXON is a design showcase for an autonomous-agent interface; it is not an operational agent platform. A supporter-pass purchase supports the workshop and delivers the pass described at checkout, not access to autonomous-agent software.
2. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to disrupt the site, overload its services, or access another person’s account or data without authorization.
- Don't use the site to transmit malware, spam, or unlawful content.
- Don't misrepresent your identity when requesting access.
3. Accounts & supporter passes
Some projects use accounts to save personal state. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Supporter-pass benefits are limited to those stated at checkout and in the confirmation; they do not include access to an autonomous-agent service.
4. Intellectual property
The AXON name, wordmark, site design, and content are our property or licensed to us. Rights and any licenses attached to particular source files or third-party assets continue to apply. The original code examples in the field notes may be used and adapted in your own projects. This permission does not grant rights to third-party artwork, trademarks, datasets, or assets.
5. Third-party services
Optional accounts, online projects, external media, and payments can use third-party services described in the Privacy Policy. Advertising is disabled in this version. Fonts are self-hosted. External services are governed by their own terms.
6. Disclaimers
The site, interactive projects, and supporter-pass program are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. AXON diagrams, traces, capability labels, and timing references illustrate a product concept and are not service-level guarantees or production benchmarks.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenue arising from your use of the site.
8. Termination
We may suspend or end access to the site or program for breach of these terms. Sections 4–7 survive termination.
9. Changes to these terms
If we update these terms, we will change the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
10. Contact
